Cherwyn Developments, Broadway Plot 1

For Cherwyn Developments, Lexwell Partners helped shape the future story of Broadway Plot 1, a luxury residential development in the heart of Somerset.

The aim was to make the opportunity feel more tangible, more desirable and more commercially ready before the home was complete.

Lexwell built a Complete System Activation pack that brought together atmospheric static visuals, social advertising examples, open evening concepts, website copy guidance, key selling points and practical usage direction across every key buyer touchpoint.

From the Cherwyn website and estate agent listing to brochures, social media, direct buyer follow-up and open evening material, the pack gave Cherwyn a clearer and more consistent way to present the property.

It helped turn Plot 1 from an unfinished build into a compelling vision of future living, giving buyers a stronger sense of place, lifestyle and possibility.
